picture of food You will be lead through a challenging, demanding, goal oriented 45-minute workout with your certified fitness professional in your own private setting. BAWS trainers help you stay accountable, push you past your limits, offer their expert advice and provide a safe and fun environment for you to train in.

BAWS will administer two health assessments (weight, body fat, inches, strength, flexibility, and metabolic conditioning) one at the beginning of your package and one at the completion to track your progress and results!

Since nutrition is just as important as moving your body, we offer nutritional guidance on site to help you reach your peak performance and health goals.

picture of foodBAWS believes in the Caveman Diet. Nourish your body with vegetables, fruits, lean meats, whole grains and healthy fats. Reduce your sugar and fried food intake drastically and limit foods with a long shelf life.

You will feel lighter, sleep better, workout harder, stress less and of course look amazing!

 

* All personal training and nutrition sessions are scheduled during off hours of the classes.
