Bootcamp: Bodyweight boot camp: Functional bodyweight movements that will challenge you from the beginning of the class until the end. Kettlebells, jump ropes and medicine balls will make an appearance from time to time. Come ready to sweat!

Yoga: Gain physical and mental discipline through the practice of yoga. This can be taken as a stress relieving class or a sweaty workout... you chose the intensity in which you feel is best for your mood/practice. For all levels.

HIIT: This is a High Intensity Interval Training class that will leave you dripping in a pile of sweat! Some of the moves will emulate Tri-Athyn, but all of the exercises will be done in short intense bursts. Don't worry, you will rest in between sets and rounds so you are ready to plow through the next exercise as hard as you can! Expect strength training, cardio and plyometrics.

FightFit: General kickboxing is the foundation to this class, but you will find a hybrid of mixed martial art moves and Muay Thai techniques mixed in as well. You will expect punching (bags), kicking (bags), self defense drills, circuits, sweat and one of the best workouts of your life. All fitness levels are welcome. We will provide community gloves, but please consider purchasing your own. Be prepared to become addicted! This class will be taught by two of the coolest guys around.. Mike and Mike!

Pilates: Build strength and create a sleek, toned body with a flat abdomen and slender thighs. Pilates will help you become more aware of your core and help you gain exquisite posture.

BAWS Basics: Perfect introductory class for BAWS members who are just beginning their workout journey, recovering from an injury, looking for a gentler workout, etc. You will find light cardio, pilates, strength training and stretching in this class, but no high impact exercises. This group class is great because you get a taste of what every individual class BAWS has to offer is all about. You will tone, burn calories and have fun!!
