"We are intelligent and disciplined people, but exercise programs have never worked for us. Impersonal exercise gyms are intimidating. We always end up sore, bored, and confused about which exercises to do. (And of course, so many gyms use those machines that we don't have at home).
Then we met Julie! Working out as a couple with Julie has been life changing! She has set goals with us, customized our workouts and patiently mentored and guided us as we continue to challenge ourselves. The workouts use common equipment without expensive super-machines, and we've had no injuries and no boredom!
The results are amazing. Sixty two year old "he" looks ready for Boot Camp! I just bought my Tankini!
Working out with Julie is something we will do for ourselves for a very long time. We continuously strive for fitness and good health, and we cannot imagine a better coach and friend than Julie to help us get there."

"Love Yoga at BAWS! Natasha has made me feel so welcome during her Yoga classes. I'd never ever done yoga before and wasn't quite sure what to expect but she made me feel comfortable and instructed me through every pose. She shows us different degrees of poses, so we decide what are body can do that particular session. Most Wednesday's I hate to see the session end. I was diagnosed with Osteoarthritis in my knee, and had to reconsider my choices of exercise. So, on a whim I tried yoga. I love the way the stretching and the deep breathing make me feel. While I'm not great yet at the balancing poses I am getting better, and long term I know maintaining ones balance is key. The benefits from yoga for me have been phenomenal; mentally I'm in a better place, my corporate stresses just disappear, my daily hustle and bustle doesn't seem so bad. I feel taller and leaner. And Oh let me mention about the "yoga sleep" on Wednesday nights -it's been the best night sleep. When I wake the next morning, I'm feeling like there isn't any issue I can't handle. Even my family has noticed a positive difference in me. I'm so glad to have found BAWS and gave yoga a try. - I just love the class and wished I had tried yoga sooner. I love your Pilates classes too."
